Fundraising
The funding requirements of the foundation have evolved over its lifetime. In the past, the foundation organized a series of three annual fundraising events centered around the Subsea Tieback Forum and Exhibition held each spring. Those events include:
Golf Tournament
An annual golf tournament bringing together industry professionals for a day on the course, raising funds to support student engineering programs and the Foundation's educational mission.
Clay Shoot
A popular clay shooting event that drew participants from across the subsea industry, combining friendly competition with an opportunity to support the next generation of offshore engineers.
Three-Gun Shoot
A three-gun shooting competition that became a highlight of the Foundation's annual fundraising calendar, uniting industry colleagues in support of student design and scholarship programs.
As the Foundation's efforts have become more concentrated, the organization's fundraising has also evolved from fundraising activities and events to industry and individual sponsorships.
