Our Mission
About Us
The Subsea Tieback Foundation is a domestic non-profit corporation organized to perform charitable activities within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). In 2014, to more closely represent the mission, the organization assumed the name Subsea Tieback Foundation. Over the years, the organization has naturally evolved and is currently supporting four activities.
What We Support
Senior Design Project
Sponsoring an annual Student Senior Design Project within the Texas A&M Multidisciplinary Engineering department in support of the Subsea Master's program.
Student Design Competition
Sponsoring and organizing the annual Student Design Competition at the Subsea Tieback Forum.
Industry Advisory Board
Providing membership to the TAMU Subsea Masters Industry Advisory Board.
Classes & Seminars
Teaching classes and seminars in support of university and industry organizational needs.
We are currently in need of volunteers and sponsors to support these activities. In addition to the organizing team for the Student Design Competition, the event requires a number of mentors and judges to continue the success the event has achieved.
